John Giannuzzi, Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, has been recognized as a Marquis Emerging Leader for their contributions and achievements in the field of real estate.

A licensed real estate salesperson and senior associate, Mr. Giannuzzi has served within the National Industrial Practice Group at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest commercial real estate services firms in the world, since 2019. The firm offers logistics and industrial services for a wide variety of clients, from investors to owners, and in many areas of expertise. Through hard work and dedication, he is proud to have been able to establish himself in the fast-paced, challenging, and diverse industry—which has required lots of learning, growing, and performing well.

In conjunction with his appointment at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Giannuzzi has served as a junior funding specialist at Money Works Direct, a New York-based financial institution that helps with credit, loans, and leasing, among other options, since 2016. He previously worked his way up to this role through jobs at ShopRite, La Pizzetta, and Urban Outfitters while also studying at Hofstra University, from which he ultimately earned a Bachelor of Arts in business management in 2019.

In 2021, Mr. Giannuzzi was recognized with a Rising Star Award by the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island, as a testament to his excellence and commitment within the field of real estate. Still, he strives to keep growing and become a better version of himself, both in real estate and out of it, wanting to advance to a different and higher standard in his job and life in general. Looking toward the future, he would like to own property and become a landlord, utilizing the firsthand skills and knowledge he has accrued in his career to effectively serve in this capacity. A devoted and proud member of the Long Island Brokers Society and Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island, he attributes much of his success to his many mentors, including Fuzarone, Miguel Napoli, and Thomas De Luca, all of whom taught him how to canvas properties.

In his spare time, Mr. Giannuzzi enjoys cooking, playing golf, and reading.
