With an innately competitive spirit and a drive to perfect his craft, Mr. Bahnam gravitated toward the real estate industry after accumulating years as an athlete, a referee, a lifeguard, a high school football coach, and time as a member services supervisor at a prominent health club in Massachusetts. Embracing the dynamic nature of real estate, he has found fulfillment in providing the utmost care for his clients, advocating for them, and helping to navigate the complex and overwhelming waters of the business. As a testament to his natural exceptionalism in his position, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year at Douglas Elliman in 2020 and “Most Valuable Player” of the Sarkis Team in 2021.
Mr. Bahnam attributes much of his success to wanting to make his parents proud, especially his father, a retired surgeon and vice president of a peer review agency, who serves as a perpetual source of inspiration through his intelligence, work ethic, and integrity—all of which he strives to channel. Dedicated to his family, with whom he often travels to their ancestral country of Lebanon, he considers his proudest achievement was securing an off-market condominium on Marlboro Street—recognized as “the best street in Massachusetts”—for his cousin and her family.
