He spent the first six months in his new country sleeping on floors, but through his perseverance and a natural affinity for helping and serving others, he leveraged 20 years at Nordstrom—advancing from warehouse stocker to top seller, stylist, and designer specialist, developing expertise in customer service and having a positive impact on people’s lives. This would inform the next chapter of his career, which began in 2021 when he became a licensed realtor and agent with the North Dallas office of Ebby Halliday Realtors.
Naturally gifted in the real estate field, Mr. Chávez provides exemplary service to high-profile clientele—for whom he values helping to buy a new home or investment property. Developing his skills and gaining deep real estate knowledge quickly, he received the coveted Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 2022. Since joining the firm, he has accrued numerous accolades, including recognition as a Realtor by D Magazine and a ranking among the “Top Realtors” by Local Expert Magazine.
