Prior to her career in banking and then real estate, Ms. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later received a Master of Arts in organizational communication from Queens University of Charlotte in 2003. She has been recognized for her work on numerous occasions, including a Rookie of the Year Award, the Marketing Award of Excellence and inclusion on the Who’s Who Registry of National Business Leaders from Continental Who’s Who. In 2014, she received the Woman of the Year Award from the National Association of Professional Women, and since 2007, Ms. Johnson has received the Professional Agent Award.
