Having always wanted to help others, Ms. Baker found her calling in real estate. She finds it especially exciting and fulfilling to connect first-time homebuyers with their dream properties. In this respect, she is able to help them realize that they can afford to purchase a home. She earned her real estate license in the state of Texas in 2016 and has been with Century 21 Judge Fite Company since then. Prior to this, she has experience as a wedding planner, which has aided in her meticulous attention to detail and customer care.
Ms. Baker earned a Bachelor of Arts in speech communication from the Master’s College and Seminary in 1994. On top of her real estate license, she is also a MAR, Military Relocation Professional; ABR Accredited Buyers Representative; SAR, Seller Representative Specialist; and Certified Relocation Specialist. Due to the outstanding nature of her work, she mentors seven other agents at her company.
Ms. Baker has been recognized on numerous occasions for her work. In 2019 and 2020, she received the Quality Service Award from Century 21 and a Masters Ruby Award, and in 2020, a Certificate of Excellence from Broker Agent Advisory. In 2020, she earned an additional Masters Ruby Award and a Civic Award. In 2019, Ms. Baker received a Top Producer Award, and recognition as a Top Producer in United Listed, a Top Producer for Volume Listed, a Top Producer in Written Volume, a Top Producer in Closed AGC, a Top Producer in Closed Volume and a Spirit Award. She attributes her success to having a lot of people who believe in her even when she didn’t believe in herself, such as her husband, Jay Baker, her father, Mike Livingston, and her children. She had mentors like Andre Tobbaco, her first manager at Century 21, and Frances Cruz. Looking toward the future, she wants to continue being a top producer with Century 21.
