Mr. Ritter earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in English, with a minor in business management, from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2019 and worked in the food and beverage industry for several years, advancing up the ladder, which led to a managerial position at the Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón, a Marriott International Inc. property, in 2022. There, he dedicated many hours, deploying expertise in client expectation management, customer service, and luxury hospitality, but felt his compensation did not reflect his efforts. On advice from others, he considered a career shift into sales, a more lucrative industry.
Mr. Ritter went to a local car dealership, Ferrari of Naples, dropped off his resume, and offered to start at the bottom and work his way up. The dealership took a chance on him. Despite his lack of sales experience or prior knowledge of the automotive industry, he leveraged the skills he had to learn and adapted quickly, ultimately thriving in his new environment. After three years of working his way up, he advanced to sales executive in 2025, through which he manages inventory and clients, demonstrates product knowledge, and builds and maintains relationships. His dedication has set him apart as a leader within the dealership and has contributed significantly to its excellent reputation.
In addition to his responsibilities at the dealership, Mr. Ritter has been active as a volunteer with GIVE Volunteers since 2017, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community. Looking toward the future, he plans to start his own family within the next three to five years. Much of his hard work has been dedicated to establishing a solid foundation for when he has a family to care for. He also aspires to be a good salesman and to make a strong impact in his community.
