Parag Ahire, currently a Principal Technical Program Manager at Netradyne, Inc., has been recognized as a Marquis Emerging Leader for their contributions and achievements in the field of Software Engineering, Data Science and Program Management.
Mr. Ahire has held various positions contributing to efforts in software development and testing, software architecture, software delivery management, software program management, research, data science, and machine learning.
Mr. Ahire started his career in software in 1995, working on research projects in ICR/OCR, forms processing, forms removal, and logo matching at Tata Research and Development Centre (TRDDC) with Tata Consultancy Services in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
He later moved to the US in the year 2000. His tenure in the area of credit reporting, identity verification and fraud prevention began with First American Credco a predecessor of CoreLogic Credco now a subsidiary of CoreLogic. He worked on architecting and developing a backend application on IBM AIX hardware using middleware technologies like CORBA XML, SOAP in languages like C, C++, etc. His contributions include evolving the software architecture of the backend application from a single product in a single transaction platform to a multiple product in a single transaction platform. His focus has been on ensuring a low latency, high throughput, scalable, reliable, fault-tolerant, highly available, and secure backend application. He actively participated in the Credit Reporting Workgroup of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance (MISMO) organization during his tenure with CoreLogic Credco. At CoreLogic Credco, he was also involved in architecting and delivering micro-services to automate updates to credit and mortgage tradeline information using technologies like conversational agents, speech-to-text conversion, and information extraction using a natural language processing (NLP) algorithm implemented by the Google BERT model.
His interest in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and managing Engineering teams led him to complete a Master’s in Data Science in 2021 and another Master’s in Engineering Management in 2023. He then switched careers to lead a team of Machine Learning Research/Software Engineers and Data Scientists at Netradyne, Inc., he currently helps teams deliver device software deployed on cameras fitted in vehicles for fleet safety management. His current/future interests are writing and working in the areas of Optimization, AI agents, and building applications using Responsible AI principles guided by a solid governance structure.
