At the time, he developed an interest in exercise science, however, and shifted his focus to studying biomechanics and physiology, recognizing the importance of understanding the human body. He ultimately earned a bachelor’s degree in the subject in 2014.

After completing an internship at Physical Fitness LLC—utilizing his expertise to help a variety of clients with a range of medical ailments from knee replacements to cerebral palsy—Mr. Estrada became a full-time exercise physiologist with the organization. For five years, he worked directly with clients, and their physicians and physical therapists, to create a personal exercise prescription that best suits their medical needs. In this capacity, he oversees practitioners, creates and reviews training and governance documents, and utilizes his vast project management skills for execution oversight; he’s even led cross-functional commercial and military aerospace teams in Europe, India, Japan, and the United States. In addition, as a continuation of his previous efforts to help the next generation, he started a mentorship initiative within the company.

Attributing his success to overcoming the struggles he has encountered at each stage of his robust career, Mr. Estrada has learned to navigate various professional environments.
