Brandi L. Mittleider, Marketing Consultant at Simmons Multimedia, has been recognized as a Marquis Emerging Leader for their contributions and achievements in the field of marketing.

Growing up in Bismarck, North Dakota, Ms. Mittleider developed a strong work ethic at an early age. Throughout high school, she worked at the maintenance facility of the Garrison Dam Project within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, helping with property lines and keeping camping grounds in order. Following this path of working outdoors, she earned an associate degree in landscape design from Minot State University in 2001 and subsequently worked at a flower shop and managed the greenhouse of a hardware store for five years.

In 2012, Ms. Mittleider’s unique, outgoing personality translated well to the role of marketing consultant at Simmons Multimedia, a prominent provider of local radio programming. In this capacity, she meets with new clients and maintains working relationships with past clients, guiding them on which marketing plans best accommodate them and ensuring they are satisfied with their radio station ads. In addition, she is involved in recording and writing advertisements, and obtaining newspaper stories, reviewing them and assisting with editing.

Beyond these professional responsibilities, Ms. Mittleider has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement. Since 2024, she has served as the executive director of the Langdon Area Chamber of Commerce, for which she plans events, takes photos, keeps members and the public informed, and manages the group’s social media presence. She is also involved in the local Ladies Auxiliary Subcommittee and Beautification Community Committee.

Over the course of her varied career, Ms. Mittleider has demonstrated longevity across her jobs and has always left with an abundance of knowledge and experience gained from each position. Looking ahead, she aims to continue making a positive impact in her community. She is excited about the growth of events within the chamber and enjoys what she does at the radio station, where she feels part of a close-knit family. She thrives off people’s energies—whether it’s her encouragement that brings it out or their comfort in being themselves. She hopes to foster this supportive environment in the future.

Personally speaking, Ms. Mittleider credits her success to her three children, all of whom have demonstrated hard work and various contributions to the community.
