A key member of the core team, he played an instrumental role in navigating the complexities of the transaction, ensuring that all facets were meticulously managed and aligned, and completed on schedule. By leveraging his expertise and insights, he hopes to contribute to initiatives that not only enhance efficiency but also drive lasting positive change throughout the organization.
Mr. Royce, whose success is founded on a supportive family and strong education, attended the University of Michigan—where he ultimately earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science and later a Master of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He gained work experience as a financial adviser at McAdam Financial, a regional consultant at Goldman Sachs, and a client service senior specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co. While pursuing his MBA, he served as a consultant at Aravind Eye Care System and as a summer intern for M&A Strategy and Operations at EY-Parthenon.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Royce strives to continue growing and developing at a company, where he aims to collaborate closely with the executive management team. He envisions himself in the same role for the next three to five years, continuing to build his skills in strategic thinking. Additionally, on a personal note, he and his wife, Emily, plan to move from the Midwest to New York City as they anticipate their first child.
