She aims to ensure that these corporations’ employees have a healthy work-life balance and are engaged in work they enjoy. Further, she intends to provide coaching services to these companies to help people live a better life; she emphasizes the importance of fostering social connections among colleagues and encourages open conversations when things are not going well. Additionally, Ms. Smart ensures that everyone has an equal say in workplace matters. She is happily married with two children, Troy Jr. and Tyana, and a granddaughter, Nova.
