Mr. Witt previously accrued guest services and hotel operations experience as the director of Hotel Operations at Highlander Wells and Highlander Mountain House, overseeing the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations for more than 30 rooms, oversaw the scheduling of more than 50 team members, and resolving guests’ complaints and inquiries.
Growing up, Mr. Witt’s family worked as plant growers in South Florida. While he pursued a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences from Jacksonville University, he ultimately dropped out as he felt it was too “cookie cutter” for him and preferred to work and carve out his path instead at 19 years old. He ultimately found success as an estate concierge at Old Edwards Inn and Spa.
Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Witt volunteers for the Humane Society.
