Princess Millens, Author, Speaker, Coach at Blessed and Beautiful International, has been recognized as a Marquis Emerging Leader for their contributions and achievements in the field of education.

An accomplished educator with nearly 20 years of experience, Ms. Millens transitioned from teaching to coaching, public speaking, and writing full-time in 2022 through Blessed and Beautiful International, which she founded in 2004. Through the organization, the certified life coach and her team help women across education, business, ministry, and beyond learn skills and build a stronger life—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially—in the face of past grief. In addition, she runs a 501C3 nonprofit called Restore My Soul Ministry and has been active as an education specialist at Next Generation Legacy, Inc. since 2020. She previously served as an educator at Rockdale County Public Schools from 2018 to 2022, a mathematics educator at Atlanta Public Schools from 2015 to 2018, and an educator at Clayton County Public Schools from 2003 to 2015. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a Master of Education in middle-grade mathematics from Walden University in 2005, and became an education specialist in curriculum instrument, management, and administration through Nova Southeastern University; she is also a certified life coach, earned a teacher certificate in secondary math from Western Governors University in 2008, and a leadership certification from Georgia State University in 2014.

Ms. Millens gravitated toward her calling after braving her own personal hardships and loss, predominantly the death of her mother in 2004 and one of her three children, Anthony in 2018, who served in the military. These experiences, as well as a painful divorce in 2012, led her to establish Blessed and Beautiful International. As a testament to her resilience and the solace provided by her faith, she has persisted in her pursuits in order to help others. She authored two books, “It’s OK to Cry: A Personal Journey of Grief & Loss,” which recounted her journey after Anthony’s death and provided readers with the inspiration and courage to navigate their personal journey with grief and loss, and “It’s OK to Cry Kids,” offering solace to young ones dealing with grief. In honor of her son’s military service, she also founded the Anthony Army Foundation, which works to assist veterans and their families. Additionally, she hosts a podcast, through which she strives to make a lasting impact on others.

Named as Teacher of the Year by Clayton County Public School in 2014, Ms. Millens has been featured in the Women Magazine and Gleaming Dreamers, and was listed among KISH Magazine’s Top 23 Influential Women Movers & Shakers in 2023. A proud mother and businesswoman, strives to continue her work and leave a lasting impact on those she encounters.
