Noreen “Mama Siao” Siao, Owner at Noreen Skincare, has been recognized as a Marquis Emerging Leader for their contributions and achievements in the fields of beauty and retail.
Lovingly known as “Mama Siao” in her Bellevue, Washington community, Ms. Siao is driven by a desire to continuously improve, a strong work ethic, and deep compassion for people. Previously, Siao spent more than three decades working for renowned companies like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, and Nordstrom. After a thriving career in luxury fashion, she realized she could pivot her care of clients from fashion to skincare. This prompted her to attend the Euro Institute of Skin Care to become an esthetician.
Her passion for others led Ms. Siao to open Noreen Skincare in 2019, where she offers professional and personalized treatments. Specializing in organic custom facials and anti-aging treatments, she uses holistic products and modalities. Ms. Siao is known for her successful business model in creating an elevated luxury experience for her clients while crafting personalized skincare regimens for them.
Ms. Siao is oncology trained through Oncology Spa Solutions and donates to the Cancer Alliance of Help and Hope. She graduated from the Euro Institute of Skin Care as an honorary student in 2018, with the highest sales in retail history at the school. She has been invited multiple times to present on retail selling as a guest speaker at the institute. Noreen Skincare was named 425 Magazine’s Best Small Business in 2021 and 2022.
To continue her ongoing skincare education, Ms. Siao is currently working toward her NCEA certification, the highest voluntary credential in the United States for her profession. She hopes to open a school for estheticians who want to expand their existing skills and training while learning how to elevate their skills in retail.
Ms. Siao attributes her success to a deep care for others, which was passed down to her by her mother, Grace, and late husband.
