Mr. Lawless builds teams to manage profit and loss for new businesses and has introduced products, services, and business models that enhance customer experiences. He focuses on developing innovative strategies to drive new revenue streams and enhance operational efficiency, taking pride in architecting large-scale solutions for the U.S. Marshals Service, where he played a critical role in developing the framework to support its various functions.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Lawless was the Managing Director at Accenture, where he was the Design Lead for Accenture Interactive and co-founded the growth strategy practice. He previously found success as the international marketing director at SunEdison, the director of brand marketing and channel marketing at AOL, and started working for the Coca-Cola Foundation in 1989. He advanced there from territorial sales manager to operational marketing manager, ultimately leaving in 2005.
In addition, Mr. Lawless has been active for a decade as a mentor and a board member at Cappies of the National Area, a program dedicated to celebrating high school theater wherein students review productions from other districts to honor outstanding performances.
