Ms. Tillman attributes her success to her daughter who has always encouraged her to be a better person. In this sense, Ms. Tillman has grown over time with CHESCO Services, a Chesterfield, SC-based company that specializes in assisting families and people with disabilities to participate fully in their homes and communities. She started with CHESCO in 2015 as a receptionist and human resource clerk, and in two years was promoted to the Fiscal Clerk-Accounts Payable.
