One of Ms. Smith’s most major achievements at Voya Financial has been spearheading a project that involved developing a monthly report of the Profit and Loss outcomes, which was presented to the senior leadership, including the chief operating officer. By creating this report, she provided insights into the financial performance of the company and helped the leadership team with their quarterly planning. Such a project had not been initiated before and she was asked to lead it. Throughout the project, she was able to collaborate with many people across the company, which made her proud of her work and accomplishments.
