Mr. McPheeters, who prepared for his career with an associate degree, has since bolstered his credentials with an Applied Behavior Analyst paralegal certification from California State University, Los Angeles as well as certifications as a fraud examiner and financial fraud examiner. Looking toward the future, he has set a goal for himself to move away from litigation in the next three to five years and slip into a role as a trainer or a paralegal manager. He places a high value on people and their contributions, particularly those of new hires.
Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. McPheeters is devoted to civic involvement, lending his time and energy to Save the Children, Doctors without Borders, and several organizations for autism and homelessness. In his spare time, he enjoys martial arts, fishing, and landscaping. Mr. McPheeters is married and has two children and two stepchildren.
