Chandler Schaak, Chief Executive Officer at HindSight VIP, has been recognized as a Marquis Emerging Leader for their contributions and achievements in the field of financial services.
Guided by perseverance and a passion for collaborating with others, Mr. Schaak gravitated toward his profession while at Portland State University, where he earned a blockchain certificate and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Portland State University. Eager to deepen his understanding of blockchain and the fundamental principles behind the technology, he pursued further education. However, being dyslexic and from rural America, he found navigating the complex language and terminology of the field challenging.
Off of this, Mr. Schaak launched his business project, Hindsight VIP LLC, designed to help modernize individuals within rural companies unfamiliar with blockchain technology and simplify processes and concepts such as Bitcoin, Web3, and other related topics. As the industry caters to developers and is filled with technical jargon, he has strived to make the information more accessible, less intimidating, and less technical for everyone—ensuring that technological advancements leave nobody behind. Responsible for marketing and outreach, he collaborates with employees, consultants, and advisers worldwide—emphasizing effective communication across the board—and has applied for several patents, with three currently pending.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Schaak seeks to work professionally with schools and educational centers. He aims to become a household name, similar to Coinbase, and be recognized for his outreach efforts to make blockchain technology more accessible. In the short term, his goal is to add new networks. His company is working on a grant with SBIR to implement machine learning and adopt Bitcoin, as they do not currently support that network. In the long term, they hope to partner with larger entities to become a household name, working with schools and introducing their products to the education sector.
Mr. Schaak’s most notable achievement outside primary endeavors occurred earlier in his career. Despite being dyslexic, he became a speaker for the NBA National Deaf Dyslexic Association and received acknowledgment for his research in the Journal of Neuroses Search. He also volunteers for the Humane Society and several animal rescues.
