Attributing his success to his unwavering work ethic and good upbringing, Mr. Mignone has built an accomplished decades-long career since starting out as a carpenter right out of high school in 1998. After four years at Lombardi Builders, he served as a water technician and heavy equipment operator within the Sewer Department in Foxborough, Massachusetts from 2002 to 2004 and a journeyman mechanical plumber from 2004 to 2008. He then began working at Shawmut Design and Construction, where he advanced from a project superintendent to a project manager between 2008 and 2015.
Mr. Mignone was active as a senior project manager and senior director of development and construction at Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group for several years before advancing to project executive at Shawmut and the vice president of development and construction at Gordon Ramsay North America from 2022 to 2024. Since 2024, he has been active through his firm, where he utilized his leadership skills and experience as a project consultant in the field to bring his clients’ residential commercial construction visions to life throughout the Southwest, including Las Vegas, California, and Arizona. Well-versed in every aspect of the construction process—site selection, design development, permitting, construction, turnover to the operators—he leads a strong team in a wide range of high-quality projects, “from luxurious custom homes and multi-family developments to cutting-edge restaurants, retail spaces, corporate interiors, ground-up construction, and mixed-use projects.”
A licensed contractor, Mr. Mignone takes great pride in the fact that his remarkably successful career, ascending from a high school graduate to the leader of a construction company, was achieved without a college degree.
